Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 August 2026

These terms apply when you hire Tyvore. They are written to be readable: if anything is unclear, email us before you subscribe.

The service

Tyvore is a software service that plans, creates, publishes and optimises marketing for your business. It is a tool operated by you: you remain responsible for the business it represents and for the claims you ask it to make.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorised to connect the social and advertising accounts you link. One account represents one company unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor. All prices include VAT; your invoice shows the VAT portion for your country. Feature access depends on the plan stored on your account; upgrades take effect immediately.

Advertising wallet

Money you add to your advertising wallet funds media spend on the platforms you connect. A service fee is applied to advertising spend and shown before you confirm any top-up. Wallet funds are used for advertising only and are not a deposit or stored-value instrument.

Content and ownership

You own your brand assets and the content Tyvore produces for you. You grant us the licence needed to store and publish it on your behalf. Tyvore's output is generated, so you are responsible for approving anything published under your name.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tyvore for illegal, deceptive, adult, hateful or regulated-without-licence activity, and do not attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits or feature gating. We may suspend accounts that put the service or the connected platforms at risk.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Unused advertising wallet balance can be refunded on request, minus fees already incurred.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific marketing results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
