Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

Tyvore works inside your business, so it handles real business information. This policy explains exactly what we store, why we store it, and the control you keep over it.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, authentication provider), business information you give Tyvore (business name, industry, goals, budget, location, website), brand assets such as your logo and colours, connected social account identifiers and tokens, your conversations with Tyvore, generated content, campaign history and wallet transactions.

Why we use it

We use your data to do the job you hired Tyvore for: writing and publishing content in your voice, running and optimising campaigns, reporting on results and keeping your billing and advertising wallet accurate. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising to you.

AI processing

To produce strategy, copy and creative, relevant parts of your business memory are sent to AI model providers as part of a request. Those requests are not used to train public models, and Tyvore only ever reads the memory belonging to your own company.

Who we share with

Only the processors required to run the service: our cloud and database host, our payment processor for subscriptions and wallet top-ups, AI model providers, and the advertising or social platforms you explicitly connect. Each receives the minimum needed to complete its task.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account we delete your business memory, brand assets and connected account tokens, and retain only the billing records we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every table is protected by row-level security so a customer can only ever read their own rows, and social access tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed to the browser.
